General Policies

  • We are a non-smoking facility. Smoking is only permitted outside on the decks, balconies and porches.
  • A one night's deposit is required to guarantee all reservations for the specific arrival and departure dates. The deposit will be applied to the unused portion of your stay in the event of late arrival or early departure. Confirmed reservations are held for the arrival date only. For reservations longer than one week, a 2 night's deposit per week is required. 50% of your deposit will be refunded only if cancellation is received 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. We accept for payment cash, traveler's checks, Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.
  • Deposits are non-transferable to any other date.
  • All rates are subject to state and local taxes—currently 10.75%.
  • Rates are subject to change unless your reservation has been confirmed.
  • Check in: 4 pm or after. Check out: 12 pm.
  • A late fee will apply to all departures after 12 pm.
  • On weekends during our peak season there is always a 2 night minimum stay in all of our accommodations. Some holidays may require a 3 night minimum.
  • The whirlpool spa requires reservations and may be booked upon your arrival or during your stay, but not before. The spa is open only during office hours.
